IT’S NICE TO MEET YOU.

I’m a therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, queer folks, and those who have experienced religious trauma.

I’m also a mom to 3 kiddos, a partner (to my high school sweetheart, Ben), and a voracious reader (mostly non-fiction but I LOVE a good sci-fi fiction series!). I love to talk about Dungeons and Dragons, I love to garden, and take walks with my two Sheepadoodles (Sheepdog and Poodle mix!) GOB and Dipper. I’ve also been known to spend a good amount of time crocheting, making zines and enjoying cozy games on my Nintendo Switch!
