ABOUT ME

HEY, IT’S NICE TO MEET YOU.

I’m a therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, queer folks, and those who have experienced religious trauma.

But I’m also a mom, a partner (to my high school sweetheart, Ben), and a voracious reader. I love connecting with people from all walks of life, and love connecting them to each other. With a background in social work, I’m especially equipped to talk about the intersections of feminism, gender, sexuality, religion, bodily autonomy, neurodiversity, tattoos, and video games.

I love working 1:1 in the therapy space, but I also enjoy leading workshops, speaking to groups, and partnering on collaborative projects. Want to work with me? Reach out below!
