why i do this work, and why it matters that I’m in this community, not just speaking about it

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, ASWB ACE-approved CE provider, and Certified Therapeutic Game Master based in Southern California. I specialize in late-identified neurodivergent adults (particularly AuDHD folks) and I bring something to this work that no amount of clinical training can manufacture: I am the person I'm talking about.

I received my own AuDHD diagnoses as an adult, after years of struggling with anxiety, depression, and intensely low self-worth. That experience is the engine behind everything I do professionally.

I've been quoted in Refinery29, HuffPost, Verywell Mind, WonderMind, and Parents. I run a virtual private practice, Get Psyched Therapy & Coaching, licensed in California, Maine, and Texas, and I've spent years building CE-approved trainings and educational content that help clinicians understand what their late-diagnosed clients are actually experiencing.

If you're looking for someone who can speak to this community with both clinical authority and authentic lived experience—that's exactly what I offer.
